| Using the latest in equipment and technology, Brunswick Steel is capable of processing steel product to any required shape or length. All processing equipment software results in cutting that is accurate and service that is efficient.
 Laser Cutting
Our facility houses two 5000 watt Trumpf Trumatic L4050 high powered flatbed laser cutting centres. The 80" x 160" working area allows the Trumpf to be the master of high-speed cutting of thin metal or materials of up to 1" in thickness.
The pallet changer and lift-master, for automated loading and offloading, maximizes productivity by allowing for the quick exchange of sheets and finished work pieces.
 Oxy-Fuel and Plasma Cutting
The two Messer Edgemate CNC controlled cutting machines are capable of functioning as either Oxy-Fuel and/or Plasma cutting machines and both run on a 10 foot by 50 foot table. One machine is equipped with 6 Turbo Flame Oxy-Fuel torches capable of cutting up to 6” thick plate. The other is set up as a combination table equipped with 3 Turbo Flame Oxy-Fuel torches as well as the HT2000 plasma cutting system.
The HT2000 plasma is capable of cutting steel up to ¾” and Stainless Steel up to 1”.
 Press Braking
Brunswick has added the Trumpf TruBend 5320 Brake to its family of processing equipment. This machine, along with its extensive set of brake dies and impressive TruTops Bending Software, is changing the way Brunswick services its metal forming customers and opening doors to new bending opportunities. With our existing 230 ton Cincinnati (144” long) and our 100 ton Accupress (72” long) we can easily handle any requirements.
The Trumpf TruBend’s list of features has the potential to improve manufacturing time, as well as possibly eliminating steps in the production of more complex parts. This machine can provide up to 353 US tons of pressure and bend lengths up to 160” long. The 6 axis back gauge increases bending options and the TruTops software ensures repeatability.
 Saw Cutting
Saw cutting services are available from either our vertical or horizontal band saws. All pieces can be mitre cut left or right if required with a cutting capacity of 18 inches wide by 27 inches high.
 Shearing
Brunswick also offers shearing services that are provided by our 3/8 x 12 ft Shear with 48-inch back gauge.
