Wolverine Industries

We collaborated with Wolverine Industries to develop new blades for a custom shredder. All blades were made using Hardox 450 plate.

This project required multiple changes along the way. We worked with the client to determine the final design to meet the project's needs. This included new DXF files after changing the drawings to an oval shape and reducing the inner circle to achieve an appropriate tooth length on the knives.

The shredders work great and the product stands up to its task. We continue to make replacement blades out of Hardox for the units they have already sold and look forward to continuing our work with Wolverine Industries in the future.
